Individually printed wristbands are used for many purposes: as a control wristband for admission control, for identification at congresses, conferences and other events as well as a beautiful reminder at private celebrations such as christenings or weddings. We can supply you with wristbands/bands made of high-quality premium satin wristband. The band is soft and pleasant on the skin. It is printed in one colour (1c) using the thermal transfer printing process in one of 22 printing inks.

Our bracelets have a length of 34 cm. We make them a little longer so that they fit on a strong arm and can be closed comfortably. The printable area has a length of 30 cm.

In just a few steps to an individually printed wristband

You have never designed and printed your own bracelet? No problem, with this step-by-step guide:

1. Select the desired width of the band first (selection window below the price table).
2. Scroll to the design window and click on the tape to select the tape colour.
3. Add a symbol or text or upload your graphic/logo (jpg or png format).
4. Don’t forget that we need your file in black on a white or transparent background.
5. Select the printing colour, resize, select a font, and arrange all elements as you like.
6. You can view your design more closely at any time with the zoom (magnifying glass) or in the preview (magnifying glass on black background).
7. If you need to interrupt your work, simply save your design and reload it into the configurator the next time you visit.
8. You can also download or print your design to show and discuss.
9. Your personalized bracelet is ready? Then you determine the quantity, put your design in the shopping cart and can order your individually designed satin ribbon.
10. You get the bracelets printed endless as 25 m roll (= 72 bracelets á 34 cm length) and only have to cut them yourself. With a sharp pair of scissors you can do this without any problems.
11. The better the print, the denser and smoother the surface of the tape is. Therefore we print in this procedure a special, for us manufactured and particularly high-quality Premium double satin ribbon with real selvedge. The ribbon is particularly smooth and soft and guarantees a particularly beautiful print. This tape is by the way “made in Germany”.
12. In a few days you will receive the finished bracelets – look forward to it!

Important tips to make your personalized satin ribbon look good

1. The print resolution is lower on textile tape. Small or filigree motifs are usually not so easy to print. You may want to make your graphics or text a little larger – the print will be more beautiful and the effect on the ribbon will be better.
2. In thermal transfer printing, the ink is applied to the ribbon by heat. The paint layer is very thin and the underground shimmers through a little. Therefore dark ink work better on light bands than vice versa. Dark ribbons are best printed with these colours: gold glossy, silver glossy, red-metallic, blue-metallic, rosé-metallic, white.

3. The colour of the tape always shines through a little (see 2.). Therefore each printing colour works differently, depending on the colour of the ribbon used (exception: gold + silver glossy, as well as red-metallic, blue-metallic and rosé-metallic).
   Example: tape cream + print green = print green || tape red + print green = print almost black
4. You can upload your own graphic file as jpg or png file and integrate it into your individual band design. The graphic must be in black on a transparent (or white) background and will be printed in the same colour as the text you selected (1 colour according to colour chart).
   coloured graphics cannot be used for this printing process.
5. You are not sure whether your graphic is suitable for printing or would like to have a proof with your print motif first? Our Experts will be happy to advise you.
6. The preview in our configurator shows 30 cm. This is the printing area for the bracelet. The total length for a bracelet is then approx. 34 cm. So that the band can be closed comfortably, we make it a little longer.
7. The thermal transfer print on satin ribbon has a relatively high abrasion resistance, but is not washable and can blur at humidity (also sweat). When wearing the bracelets, you should make sure that the imprint is worn on the outside and does not rub directly on the skin. Tapes with waterproof imprint are available here.
8. Our configurator provides a computer preview. The actual colours of the ribbons and print may differ. If you are unsure about the colours, you are welcome to request free print samples from us.
9. One thing is very important to us: That you are satisfied with the finished belt. Therefore we will contact you if something is unclear or there are problems with the print execution.
