Returns

Sometimes the ordered article turns out nevertheless differently, than one imagined that. No problem, after all we offer you a voluntary, unlimited right of return within 30 days after delivery.

Please enclose our delivery note with your return, on which you note the returned items.

We will arrange your refund within 5 working days of receipt of the return. It will be made by the same payment method as the order.

If you have paid by bank transfer, please provide your bank details so that we can refund the purchase price.
